Project located in the City of Alturas, in Modoc County: Carlos Street, Modoc Street, North Street, 1st Street, 2nd Street, 3rd Street and 4th Street, from Howard Street to SR395 and from SR395 to Court Street.  Improve and construct pedestrian improvements along the Central Business District in the City of Alturas.
